What does the RESTORE program do?

• Repair/ Replace Heating Systems
• Repair / Replace Hot Water Tanks
• Well Pumps
• Emergency Plumbing
• Electrical
• Roofing & Chimney
• Septic & sewer
• Structural Repairs
• Health & Safety Issues

Eligibility:

• Emergency — unexpected repairs, not maintenance
• 60+ years old
• Single family, homeowner, Life Use
• Income Eligible – 60% or below (see Eligibility Guidelines)
• $10,000 maximum per household/life
• Requires the owner to reside in the home for 3 years.
