• Showerheads
• Home performance - Weatherization services (see WAP)

Eligibility

• Referred by CAPCO, Honeywell, National Grid, or NYSEG
• Low income - 60% State median or below (see Eligibility Guidelines)
• Homeowner or Renter (with Landlord Permission)
